HOWL Books will be reopening submissions for DEVILS REIGN 5: TYRANTS beginning April 4th, 2026. After a long hiatus book publisher and artist Andy Howl, has begun the relaunch to coincide with the 10 year anniversary of the book series.
Devils Reign 10 Year Anniversary Party – March 27th & 28th
Publisher and tattoo artist Andy Howl will be throwing a 10 Year Anniversary party in Tampa, Florida. The 2 day event will be hosted by Dysfunctional Grace oddities and retail store on Friday March 27th. Followed by a second day of metal and performance art at Deviant Libation On March 28th, culminating in a Satanic Mass by Andy Howl, Daddy Baph, and Reverend Thomas Thorn of the Electric Hellfire Club on keyboard.
March 27th – DAY ONE Hosted by Dysfunctional Grace – Tampa, Florida
– Devils Reign Art Show 6-8pm Featuring prints and originals from the exhibition archive. Will include work by well known Devils Reign artists, Including Seldon Hunt, Mark Riddick, Derek Noble, Derek Hess, Tim Lehi, S. Clay Wilson, Mitch O’Connell, Andy Howl, Dave Berns, Dylan Garrett Smith, Winston Smith, and more. Plus event posters, 10 year anniversary limited edition shirts, and merch.

The Devils Reign art book series is curated by Church of Satan High Priest, Peter H. Gilmore and produced by tattoo artist Andy Howl. This new volume features a foreword by heavy metal vocalist David Ingram of the UK band Benediction. Artwork featured in past Devils Reign books includes world famous tattoo artists, heavy metal album illustrators, painters, photographers and more.
