Devils Lake State Park Nature Walk

Find out fun and interesting facts about what makes Devil's Lake a unique and popular state park! Join Sue Johansen-Mayoleth, the Devil's Lake State Park naturalist for a presentation, at the Nature Center, about the park's unique geology and history. After the presentation, for those who are interested, we'll take a short walk down to the Park's north shore and walk a bit of the Tumbled Rock Trail to see the beauty Devil's Lake has to offer. The hike will be no longer than a mile.

This event is limited to Madison Area Master Gardeners Association members and their families.

The entrance fee to Devil's Lake State Park for 2024 is $13 for in-state vehicles, unless you have a 2024 state park pass, in which case entrance is free. The event itself is free to MAMGA members and family. Please meet at the Nature Center. The Nature Center, located near the park's north entrance, is the 1st building visitors will come to before heading down to the lake/beach area.

We are limiting registration to 25. Registration closes Friday, July 4, 2024.
