Developing Style: Tone & Flair

This interactive workshop will explore how to craft language in ways that maximise the impact of dramatic or descriptive prose.

First we'll take a look at tone and how to write from the gut, the heart, and the head. Then we'll try out some of the tools and techniques writers have at their disposal to elevate their prose when it matters most.

It is the last of a series of three classes on the topic of style, but you do not need to have attended the previous two classes to benefit from this one.
