About this Event
The Omaha Municipal Land Bank (OMLB) received funding from the Department of Economic Development’s QCT Affordable Housing program to prepare land parcels for development to support twenty (20) future units, ten (10) of which shall be income-restricted at 60% AMI for an affordability period of twenty (20) years.
The success of this project seeks to foster housing innovation to lower costs through conducting lot site preparation work necessary for developments in North and South Omaha. This grant funding will allow for the transformation of many of the challenging lots and will contribute to increasing housing opportunities in Omaha.
