Develop your decision-making skills

Learn experiential and visual tools for decision-making which enable you to access the big data of pre-verbal and implicit knowledge of yourself and your collaborators. 

Tools you will try out in this hands-on workshop include the ancient Indian logic Tetralemma Matrix, and other spatial and visual frameworks that explore the potential consequences of a decision. We will also take a critical look at the potential pitfalls of working with intuition and the impact of personality preferences on decision making. By exploring your autopilots and blindspots, you can learn how to avoid unhelpful mindtraps and biases. 

This workshop is for everybody who would like to expand their decision making capability. You will go away with decision-making coaching tools you can use for yourself and with others. 

Facilitator: Claudia Filsinger

Claudia is an international business coach and founder of Moving Maps Ltd. Her visual and experiential approaches build critical reflection capabilities, and give clients self-coaching tools that change mental maps. Her corporate background was in sales and she used to lecture in business, management and coaching at Oxford Brookes Business School.
