Develop or Refresh your Theory of Change

This training course has been designed to support organisations to map the connections between daily activities, broader outcomes, and ultimate impact, and is catered toward those who are relatively new to the subjects covered.

At the end of this course, you will be familiar with the concepts of measuring impact and be confident to implement them within your organisation as a whole, or for a particular project.

This course will be useful if you wish to change systems already in place or wish to put something in place before a project has begun, either to help you explain to funders or other stakeholders why your project is needed and the change it seeks to make, or to ensure that your work is following best practice.

As with all of our courses, this has specifically been designed for non-profit organisations in Lambeth and is completely free, with support available following the course if needed to ensure all learning can be put into practice effectively for your organisation.
