About this Event

Company culture is crucial for employees’ well-being and growth in the organization. But as a founder or an HR professional, developing company culture AND maintaining it can seem like a huge task, especially during these unprecedented times. That’s why we have organized this fireside chat to dive deeper into the nitty gritty of company culture✨.

Join us in person at Bayview Yards for a raw conversation with Kinaxis CHRO Megan Patterson, and Lynn Stevens, Advisor HR, Leadership & Culture. The two will discuss the importance of building and development of culture within an organization⚡.

During this one-hour session, you will learn more about:

  • How culture evolves and changes as the organization changes during periods of growth and periods of instability (think Covid!)
  • HR's role and the role of the executive team when it comes to setting and building a culture.

FREE Coffee and refreshments will be provided!☕?
