Detroit Rooftop HIIT Yoga

Soak up the last part of Detroit's summer with rooftop views, soulful beats, and ecstatic movement at the 350 Terrace Rooftop! This isn't your typical yoga class. We're blending the best of dynamic yoga flows with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to get your heart racing and your spirit soaring. Our DJ-curated playlist will keep you moving, while the breathtaking views of Detroit fuel your motivation. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is perfect for all levels. Bring your mat, sunscreen and a water bottle! (we will have plenty of mats available if you don't have one!) Affordable parking is available next door at Gem Garage or Z Deck Parking Garage. In the chance of rain or bad weather, the event will be moved to a different date. You'll receive an email with updates the morning of the event, and we will update our Instagram stories @emmcassidy) with updates. Tickets are non-refundable and nontransferable, just like any concert, babes. If you cannot attend you can sell, or give your ticket to another person.
