Older Adults, 50+, are invited to participate in this FREE program that encourages wellness through walking on the Detroit Riverwalk, fitness classes, resource tables and more! AARP will return this year with their information tables and Best Kept Secrets classes.
The program begins June 11 and is held weekly every Tuesday & Thursday through August 22 at Cullen Plaza. Registration is Required.
Every Tuesday 8 AM - 10 AM will Feature:
Health education
Fitness classes
Opportunities to speak with health experts
Blood pressure screenings
Best kept AARP secrets
Surprises throughout the program
Walk the riverwalk at your own leisure
Every Thursday 8 AM - 10 AM will Feature:
Walk the riverwalk at your own leisure
Fitness class at 9 AM
There will be no program the week of July 4th.
