Hosted by Orlando Bailey, Khary Frazier, and Donna Givens Davidson, this interactive event fosters community engagement and celebrates the rich diversity of musical genres.

Structured akin to a book club, The Detroit Playlist Live features curated albums and standout tracks chosen by the hosts, accompanied by brief testimonials sharing the significance of the music. All attendees will share their own musical selections, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive experience. This is an interactive experience.

The series encompasses three distinct categories—Old School Music, Independent Detroit Music, and New School Music—rotating monthly to provide a comprehensive exploration of the music we love and why.
