Detroit Mom Connect: Envision + Elevate

A lot has happened since the last Connect we hosted in April 2024 and we are so excited to share that we have the entire year planned out for you with Connect events. 😍 We're so excited to launch January's event and have you leaving it with something you can carry with you throughout the whole year! If you read Detroit Mom's email newsletter, then you already know all that's happened since our last Connect. We're really excited to get back to being in community, in person, with you and connecting on a much deeper level--because after all, our goal in planning each Connect is to provide a safe space where you can leave feeling really connected to one another. 💜

So, we hope you'll join us at the beautiful Fourth Tri Sanctuary on January 23rd for an evening dedicated to exploring the power in realigning with what we desire for ourselves in the new year. 💫 This event is tailored for women who are eager to explore their deepest and wildest hopes and dreams in a supportive and empowering space.

At this month's Detroit Mom Connect, you'll realign with what you desire 2025 to look like for you. This year, what do you hope to do, learn, take, read, create, try, learn, or explore?! What is something that you want, something that you fear, something that you're scared to say out loud that you want? 🤔 This is what we'll be diving into all evening long as we create a living, breathing document that focuses on you so that the most magical things can happen for you this year--and, then, for your business (but, you come first!). 🤗

You'll discover the power of personal growth and the importance of expansion--and how being open to both will help you visualize the desires you have for this year. It's incredibly beneficial to write out our hopes and dream out in the open so that our thoughts can then exist in our physical world. ✨ So, you'll leave at the end of the night with a personalized roadmap for 2025 that can be revisited annually and revised as needed (because, we are always evolving!).

In true Detroit Mom Connect fashion, it is always our intention to create a space where you will connect with like-minded women, gain valuable insights, and leave feeling inspired and empowered to center your dreams, center your vision, and center your life as you boldly declare out loud just what it is you want to attract in 2025. 🥳 Oh, and if you own your own business, bring a busiess card/flyer/etc. as we will have a table set up speficially for attendees to share about what's happening in their businesses this year.

Now, if you've been to a Connect before, you KNOW we always have extra goodies in addition to our learning and networking. We're so excited to be offering some incredible treats and experiences, like:

Detroit Mom Connect is where moms can come together to build community and network with other women in the Detroit area. Community and connection are the foundation of everything we do here at Detroit Mom. We want to nurture relationships between women, be their cheerleaders, and lift them up. In a world where competition and comparison are the norm, we want to shatter those ideas with compassion, encouragement, and sisterhood. We're better together! And, ticket prices go right back into the event. They go towards the venue, the goodies, the food and drinks, the education, etc. Your support is what helps these events take place each month. 🥳

💌 You asked, and we delivered! Previous Connect attendees have asked if it was possible to donate money towards another woman's ticket so that more local women could attend our events. We've added an option for you to donate money towards a ticket for a lucky local mom to attend the Connect as well. It's one of the reasons why we love the Connect community so very much. 💓 So you'll see that option when you click to purchase your ticket. It's totally voluntary, of course, but there if you're interested.

💜 Here's an idea of what you can expect from the evening:

• 6:00 p.m.: Plan to arrive right when the event starts. This is also a great time to network and meet the other women in the room! Don't be afraid to chat with someone new and share about yourself. Step outside of your comfort zone and start making those connections!
• 6:45 p.m.: Around 6:45, after an introduction from Elizabeth, we will dive deep into the importance of envisioning your year, your personal life, and what you intend to do to make that magic happen! ✨
• 7:00 p.m.: Our first activity: one designed to help you deeply connect with the other women in the room. 🫶
• 7:30 p.m.: Our second activity: creating a living, breathing document to help you realign with what you desire in 2025!
• Any remaining time is yours to mingle, network, grab more food and drinks, and connect!

P.S.: Tickets are only on sale through January 20. We have some really great custom surprises that come your way before you show up, and in order to have time to make sure everyone is included in what we put together, tickets won't be available after the 20th. You’ll also receive an email within a couple of days asking for your photo, bio, and your IG link all submitted in a google form. You’ll know who’s attending before you even arrive. 😘 But, it's imperative that you complete this form ASAP because we need time to organize everyone's info and send our items to the printer. If you don't submit the form, we won't be able to include you on our welcome board and in the attendee directory that's sent out before the event!
