Detroit Lions 2025 Season Launch Week: Zen in the Den

Kicking off Season Launch Week presented by Rocket, join us at Ford Field to participate in a City Glow Yoga session on the field at the home of the Detroit Lions . This event will also feature a photo opportunity with a Lions player and fun raffle prizes!

Participants should plan to bring their own yoga mats, sweat towels, and water bottles. Note that water bottles must be empty upon arrival, but water will be available after entry. Parking is provided at the Ford Field Parking Deck outside Gate G for $8 per vehicle.

5:30 PM - 6:40PM: Check-in and Photo Op

6:40 PM - 6:45 PM: Field Entry

6:45 PM - 7:45 PM: City Glow Yoga Session

7:45 PM - 8:00 PM: Event Closing and Exit
