Detroit Black Writers' Salon

A totally free event geared towards creating community with Black Detroit Writers of all major disciplines (Non-Fiction, Fiction, Poetry & Drama for a day of connecting, sharing pages, and gaining valuable feedback from peers. Open to all regardless of experience, or background, the Salon helps you get out of slumps, talk about your work, and befriend writers. If you'd like to share work, come with up to 5 pages of your current work in progress (with copies printed or digitally accessible if you intend to share with other writers), and let's talk about it!
