DeStress Saturday

DeStress Saturday is NAMI Charlotte’s bi-monthly drop-in event for individuals looking for ways new ways to de-stress quickly and easily. Participate in up to 3-5 different destress activities, all of which can be done at home and in 15 min. Find what works for you, learn with our leaders, and take home a practice that will give you a moment of quiet, calm, reset, and destress, during the day to day (or whenever you need a little bit of mental self care).

Our mission is to promote self care and mental wellness, connect community members to free and easy resources, and create a space of calmness.

• When: The doors are open to the community at 11am
• Time: 11:00-2pm
• Location: NAMI Resource Center 1930 Abbott Street Suite 403 Charlotte, NC 28203

Refreshments will be provided. Attendees may rotate to try new activities or are welcome to stay with their activity of choice.
