Yes, the blessing bowl will be at this SPECIAL WORKSHOP for all to stand immersed in sound and zen out for the last 30 minutes of this 90-minute WORKSHOP. Teresa will also include her INNER WISDOM method to help you feel safe, giving yourself permission to release what no longer serves you.
Reiki Ho, most simple translation is Spiritual Energy Method. Which includes methods such as hands-on healing, Meditation, chanting precepts, and spiritual blessings. In this Spiritual workshop, we will cover the meditations below. No certificate will be awarded seeing as this is only a portion of what you need to learn for a full certificate of completion.
