Desire, Boundaries & Connection - An Introduction Workshop

What do you actually want?
What does a genuine yes feel like in your body? How do you recognise a no before it becomes discomfort or obligation? And how do you communicate your desires and boundaries without apologising for them?
Desire, Boundaries & Connection is a grounded, practical introduction to embodied consent, desire and more honest connection.
Through guided individual, paired and group practices, you’ll explore how to:
- recognise your yes, no, maybe and not yet
- communicate wants and boundaries more clearly
- ask for what you want
- receive another person’s response without pressure
- connect without performing, pleasing or pushing past your limits
The workshop is fully clothed, all practices are optional, and no previous experience is required.
Come solo, with a friend or with a partner or partners. No pre-arranged partner is needed.
Saturday 31 October 2026
11:30 am–3:30 pm
