Whether you`re feeling uncertain in your career, relationships, or life direction, this workshop offers a chance to reflect, get clear on your goals, and leave feeling inspired. Goal Setting for Happiness: Once you’ve gained clarity, we’ll guide you in setting meaningful goals that you can easily implement in your day-to-day life. Meditation and Relaxation: We’ll end with a calming meditation using Tibetan singing bowls to help you leave feeling centered and refreshed. Who is This For? This workshop is designed for adults (18+) who: Feel stuck in the same repetitive choices and want to break free. Are feeling unsure about their next steps, whether in work, relationships, or personal growth. Are looking to bring more happiness, balance, and fulfillment into their lives.
