About this Event

Have you ever wondered about what goes into designing and constructing a renovated, commercial Net Zero building? Matthew Boyd, the Director of Operations at AGU, will discuss the design phase of the project, the accomplishments, and the challenges that goes into the construction of the first, renovated commercial building here in the nation’s capital. Included in this presentation is a tour of the entire renovated, net-zero building. You will see the hydroponic phytoremediation wall, radiant panels, solar arrays, and the municipal heat exchange system.

  • Join us in-person or online. In-person, light breakfast, lunch, and beverage will be provided.
  • 2 to 4 hours of ICC CEUs will be provided by National Capital Region Building Code Academy (NCRBCA).
