How can we engage residents in green spaces? High school students tackle that question through this competition and their final projects.
About this Event

Join Dream in Green for our annual Design & Build Competition, where innovative high school students will present their 3D models of urban green spaces—implementation climate change adaptations.
Students will showcase creative solutions in urban planning, efficient design, and sustainable materials while competing for top honors. A panel of judges will review each design and award winners to top scoring designs.

•⁠Take the Metrorail to the Vizcaya Station, exit north, and head toward the Vizcaya Station Plaza in front of the parking lot.

•⁠Walk or bike (bike racks are located at the Vizcaya Station Plaza) to the Plaza located on SW 32nd Road. and SW 1st Avenue.

Rain Policy: This event is outdoors. In case of severe weather, check your email for updates. If there’s a 50% or greater chance of rain, we’ll postpone the event 2 hours beforehand. Thunder or lightning will result in immediate cancellation.
