SoundTracks of a Generation presents an homage to those in the late 60’s & early 70’s who pioneered a whole new genre of American music fusing Folk, Rock & Country. We’ve compiled the top music from those successful singer/songwriters who brought a fresh new sound heard on radio and home turntables all across America and beyond. That includes David Geffen’s amazing lineup of artists on Asylum records. Like Linda Ronstadt, The Eagles, Jackson Browne & Joni Mitchell and from songwriters like Tom Waits, JD Souther, Warren Zevon, Lowell George and more.
We start by sharing the songs of the Laurel Canyon architects, The Byrds and Buffalo Springfield and their off shoots. Bands like Poco, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Neil Young, and Loggins & Messina.
