Desert Garden Gallery Activation Breathwork Class

Activation breathwork is a powerful, breathing practice that affects the physical, emotional and mental parts of the body. It invites the participant to dive into deep layers of the subconscious to help bring transformational healing and release of cognitive and/or behavioral patterns imprinted into the psyche from traumatic life experiences.

This practice can be beneficial for you if:

• Have experienced trauma
• Suffer from depression or anxiety
• Are looking to explore deeper states of consciousness
• Want to find release of patterns of thinking or behavior that have caused dysfunction in your life
• Want to experience healing from emotional, mental or spiritual wounds

You will be laying on the floor , so please bring: A mat, blanket, pillow and anything else that they may need to feel comfortable.

***Please not to eat a heavy meal within two hours of the practice

• Have cardiovascular or respiratory conditions
• Have high blood pressure
• Have a history of seizures or stroke
• Have frequent panic attacks, dissociation episodes or hallucinations
• Are under the influence of alcohol, recreational or psychedelic drugs during the class
