The Desert Furs are an electrifying psychedelic rock and jam quartet based in Boulder County Colorado. Formed in 2019 the band consists of guitarist and lead singer Billy Wassung Jon Studtmann on bass and vocals Cody Bump on keyboards synths and vocals and Alex Thiessen on drums and percussion. Drawing inspiration from the rich legacy and rhythmic grooves of the 1960’s and 70’s The Desert Furs weave together unique original compositions with luscious tones atmospheric textures and ethereal vocal harmonies.
