Descanso Restaurant Spreads Holiday Cheer with Pozole for a Cause

Descanso Restaurant in Costa Mesa is embracing the spirit of giving with its Pozole for a Cause initiative to support local underserved communities and families this holiday season. According to the 2024 Point in Time (PIT) Count 7322 people are currently experiencing homelessness in Orange County and more than 3000 children in the region are diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses annually. From December 1 through December 31 a portion of the proceeds from every order of Descanso’s 32oz family-style Pozole both take-home and dine-in will benefit three local charities: Miracles for Kids Trellis - Love Costa Mesa and Share Ourselves each dedicated to helping those in need.
