DEROR-Transformative Somatic Dance Journey of Freedom

Deror—a Hebrew word meaning freedom—is a powerful somatic dance experience designed to release the weight of stuck emotions and fears, opening a path to authentic expression. Through guided somatics, breathwork, inquiry, and intuitive dance in nature, participants are guided to shed layers of tension, dissolve old patterns, and reconnect with the courageous empowered woman within.

As the body moves freely, suppressed emotions flow out, creating space for renewed confidence, resilience, and self-assurance. In Deror, every gesture and rhythm invites a deeper sense of liberation, as participants rediscover their inner strength and the joy of fully inhabiting their bodies.

Silent disco headphones provided for the ultimate personal connecting experience. This somatic experience is held in nature for you to be fully immersed in your senses and for participants to experience the deeply healing and grounding benefits of Mother Nature.

You can park on the street or head down to the beach for paid parking (a few dollars).

We will meet towards the end of the beach right PAST TOWER 5 on the left. You will see small green flags marking off our space.If you are facing the beach, you will turn left and head down the beach until you see tower 5 and small green flags.

You will be emailed a whatsapp group after you register for closer communication in case you get lost, will be late, and for updates and happenings.

This experience is facilitated by Nicole Hanold, somatic teacher and life coach for women. Nicole is passionate about helping women liberate their minds and bodies through nervous system expansion, inner child work, parts, work, and somatic movement. She coaches women privately and teaches online and in person somatic experiences for women.

This experience was profound and healing for me. I have been dealing with so much grief and loss that I haven’t felt myself in a long time. Attending this somatic dance brought me back into my body, and back to the beach. We put on silent disco headphones and danced around in the waves like no one was watching, even though quite literally everyone was! I loved this, and will plan on going to each event in the future. It is worth it, and being supported and surrounded by love is grounding and healing all in one!
