Derek Warfield & the Young Wolfe Tones

A special group of Irish men and women have been responsible for preserving Irish ballad singing traditions over the past 50 years. Derek Warfield is a distinguished name among them. Derek Warfield and The Young Wolfe Tones are bringing that musical tradition forward with a reverence for Ireland’s past and the energy and optimism of a new generation of Irish musicians.

Derek Warfield and The Young Wolfe Tones are thrilled to celebrate 10 years on the One Road and are delighted to celebrate it in style. They plan to release a new CD, “Boys & Girls,” in April and perform all over America, including the Irish American Heritage Center.

Join us for a special private event in the Fifth Province Pub - ticket holders only! - on Friday night, February 21st. The entire pub will be turned over to Derek Warfield and the Young Wolf Tones. Doors open at 6:oopm, and the music starts at 8:00 pm. Tickets are $30. IAHC members receive a $5 discount per ticket. Call the office at 773-282-7035, extension 10, for the member code.
