Together We Lift Derbyshire is a coach-led strongman training day designed to be supportive, welcoming, and inclusive.Open to all abilities, the day is run in equal-ability groups, so whether you’re brand new to strongman or already lifting big, you’ll be training alongside others at a similar level.
For just £30 you get a full day of event specific training, event day t shirt, and an event day goodie bag supported by our sponsors.
You get 40 minute per event station within your equal ability group. The event stations are;
* Deadlift
* Axle & Log
* Bag & Drag
* Farmers.
These events have been selected intentionally, as if you’re competing at The Unit’s Strongman Games in March, this is the perfect pre-event run-through.
You’ll train with the equipment, in the venue, and pick up valuable pointers to help you prepare.
We then conclude the day with our legendary Tandem Deadlift Bar, where the reason we are there really comes to life. To show that Together We Are Stronger!
