Take part in our final driving event of the year, held in Derbyshire over the weekend of 18 - 20 October.In the heart of the Industrial Heartlands, the Peak District, founded in 1951, was the first National Park. Split into two distinctive areas The White Peak, which is made up of the limestone dales and The Dark Peak which is dominated by exposed moorland and gritstone edges. It is dotted with ancient stone villages that are hidden in the landscape and the rocky hillsides are littered with stately homes.
Over the weekend members will explore different parts of the National Park ensuring there's plenty of time to take a leisurely drive through the varying countryside as well as opportunities to visit places of interest.
Accommodation:

Accommodation has been reserved in Buxton, which is reputed to be the highest market town in England at some 1,000 feet above sea level. Accommodation is based on a half-board basis and once registered, members will be provided with details on how to book to take advantage of the Lotus Drivers Club discount. Rooms are available on a first-served basis.
For those who have never had the pleasure of one of the Club's popular Driving Adventures, we can assure you that you will not be disappointed. Good roads, food and most of all good company are all assured. Route books will be provided in written form along with a digital map to enable participants to enjoy each day at their own pace.
Event Registration:
To confirm your place and to help us administer numbers, please complete the registration information for the event. The event registration is for those wishing to join the weekend event. We also welcome members who wish to join for sections of the event and who do not require accommodation but ask that you complete the event registration form. The Club charges £5 per person which covers the administration involved in planning and running the event which is undertaken by our willing Club volunteers.

Event registration is charged per person. Once registered you will be contacted by the event organising team to confirm accommodation details and updates before the event. Please be aware that places for this event are limited and, as is Club policy, secured on a first come first served basis. Once places are fulfilled, we will run a reserve list to offer places should they become available. Please follow the Club on social media and regularly check the website for updates on this and all our events.
This road run is a social run as defined by MotorSport UK. There is no competitive element. The route offered is a suggestion. You are free to follow whatever route you wish. It is encumberment upon each individual taking part in the run to ensure they comply with all aspects of the road traffic laws at all times. If you get separated from your convoy at any time ‘waypoints’ are provided for the next official stop point so you can catch up at your own pace.
