The Derby Crown isn’t just a hat it’s a Kentucky staple — it’s a symbol of purpose. As the saying goes, heavy is the head that wears the crown, and this one carries meaning.

This crown is dedicated to the organizations across Louisville that are creating pivotal change and doing the heavy lifting throughout the Derby City. It honors those who lead, serve, and move the culture forward every single day.

We launched in 2024 in proud collaboration with Trust Black Women.

In 2025, we partnered with Sewing Seeds of Faith.

And this year… we’re doing it even BIGGER.
