Techno fenevad, Somewhen sosem fogja vissza magát. A lengyel gyökerekkel rendelkező, de Berlin Neukölln negyedében felnőtt producer a techno új generációjához tartozik ugyan, de zenéiben mégis sikerült posztmodern kontextusba helyeznie a stílus lelkét. Hiphop alapokkal kezdte, de már a 2014-es debütáló EP-jén, a “9”-en megtalálta egyedi hangzását: sötét, hipnotikus basszusok, úszó szintetizátor hangokkal keverve, mely transzba rakja a hallgatót. Ez a kiadvány még a saját, SANA kiadójánál jött ki, de nem sokkal később a Berghain klub saját labelje, az Ostgut Ton is jelentette meg zenéit, mostanában pedig barátja és kollégája, Kobosil R - Label Groupja adott helyet megjelenéseinek. Agresszív szettjei az évek alatt torokszorító szintre keményedtek, most sem kell kevesebbre számítani tőle, mint verejtékes menetelésre.
Tettestársa Parallx lesz az este folyamán, aki a németországi Ruhr vidéken felnőve, már az anyatejjel is az indusztrialistást szívta magába, amit szettjeiben mesterien ötvöz az EBM, Darkwave, Synth Pop és Electro behatásokkal. Nem véletlenül van ő is a Kobosil féle R Label Groupnál, illetve Európa és a világ top klubjainak fellépőlistáin.

Techno beast Somewhen never holds back. The DJ, label owner and producer, who grew up in Berlin's Neukölln district in the '90s as the son of Polish immigrants is one of the wolfpack leader of the newer Berlin techno generation, although he continued the original themes of the genre and adapted it to a postmodern context. In 2014, Somewhen already found his own sound with the release of his debut EP “9”, which featured his signature sweeping synth melodies, with dark and hypnotic kicks. Not much later he got discovered by Ostgut Ton, lately he got featured on Kobosil’s R Label Group. His sound and his sets shifted more and more clearly into the heavy side, so don’t expect anything other than blood, sweat and tears.

His partner in crime will be Parallx this time. Born and raised in the dirty industrial landscapes of the Ruhr metropolis in West Germany and based in Berlin since 2010, belongs to the new rising techno generation.
His EBM- , Industrial- and 90’s Techno inspired productions are despite its rough power on the dance floor, finely designed down to the smallest detail.
In 2017 Parallx released his first Records on Kobosil’s imprint R - Label Group as well as on Arts and was voted #3 Newcomer of the Year by the readers of Groove Magazine.
His versatile DJ sets, which stand out through the mix of powerful 2000s techno and EBM, as well as his excursion into Darkwave, Synth Pop and Electro, opened him the door to the legendary club Berghain and other clubs all over Europe.
