Dr. Larkin (Discip. Schol.) BA, PhD [TCD] is Director of Research at the Institute for Policy Research at the University of Bath. His paper explores the actions required to successfully ensure the confidence of funders, regulators, and wider civil society while maintaining the academic performance that is the core higher education’s mission.
