About this Event
Please join us for the Asylum and Immigration Law Clinic’s (AILC) 25th Anniversary celebration. During its 25 years, AILC has assisted asylum-seekers from dozens of countries, represented survivors of domestic violence and trafficking, reunited families, witnessed clients being sworn in for citizenship and provided technical assistance and training to dozens of immigrant-serving nonprofits in an effort to improve access to justice. In celebration of its 25 years, AILC invites you to join us for a program at the College of Law featuring AILC and technical assistance project co-founders and AILC alums. The program will be followed by a reception at the Union League Club of Chicago, where you will have the opportunity to (re-)connect with AILC staff, alumni, and friends.

COVID-19 POLICY
All attendees attending the panel discussion must comply with DePaul University's COVID-19 policy, which requires attendees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have proof of a negative COVID-19 test dated no earlier than 72 hours prior to the program. Documentation will be reviewed at check-in for the event for all guests except DePaul faculty, staff, and students. In addition, all attendees must wear a mask at all times while inside any DePaul University building. Cloth masks alone do not meet the university’s mask requirement. DePaul highly recommends using N95 or KN95 masks. If you do not have an N95 or KN95 mask, you may double mask with a cloth mask layered over a surgical mask. A well-fitted surgical mask by itself is acceptable but not preferable. These rules are subject to change in accordance with public health guidance.
