Denver Taiko's 50th Anniversary Concert: Keio Kairai

Denver Taiko was established in 1976 as the fourth taiko group in the United States and the first outside of California. Since then, the group has continued to grow, perform, and spread taiko throughout the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.

To celebrate how far the group has come and how far we hope to go, we present Denver Taiko's 50th Anniversary Concert: Keio Kairai (継往開来)- Honoring the Past, Shaping the Future. We have prepared 15 pieces (including 12 original compositions) to take you on a journey that encapsulates our 50 years of history while also looking towards the future.

The concert will be held in Bunker Auditorium, which is located inside the Green Center on the Colorado School of Mines campus.
