Connect + Elevate is Nova’s new signature monthly gathering in Denver, created for women and non-binary seasoned professionals who want meaningful connection, thoughtful conversation, and growth that actually feels aligned with their lives. Not just more contacts but people who understand why your values matter as much as your vision.

This isn’t about filling a calendar or working a room. It’s about spending your time with people who make you think differently, feel more like yourself, and leave you feeling more seen than when you arrived.

CONNECT We begin with guided connection around our theme of the month — not icebreakers, but intentional dialogue that moves purposefully into real conversation. The structure is designed to help you meet people you are so excited to know, without forcing performance or small talk.

You’ll leave this portion with a sense of who’s in the room and who you want to continue the conversation with outside the room.

JUNE'S THEME: Conscious Leadership

Leadership is most powerful when it’s shared. This month is about leading with integrity, care, and collaboration — balancing confidence with curiosity and power with empathy. You’ll explore how to lead alongside others, not above them, and how that shift changes what’s achievable.

In the second half, a Nova member leads a short, live workshop rooted in lived experience. These sessions are practical, relevant, and grounded — offering insight you can apply immediately.

Topics vary month to month and include leadership, money, visibility, communication, wellbeing, or sustainable success. Each workshop is designed to elevate both the member leading and the collective intelligence of the room.

SPEAKING ON: "Regulate to Elevate: Nervous System Tools for Conscious Leadership" — In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore how nervous system regulation impacts confidence, focus, communication, and decision-making in everyday professional life. You’ll learn simple, science-backed tools to shift your state in real time — whether you’re preparing for a difficult conversation, showing up visibly online, navigating stress, or needing a reset during a demanding workday. Participants will leave with practical techniques they can immediately apply to feel more grounded, energized, and aligned in how they lead themselves and others.
