Building Workforce-Wide AI Literacy in Local Government by OGx
Learn about Douglas County partnering with OGx Consulting to launch a workforce-wide AI literacy initiative. This workshop draws on the partnership’s experience to show what it takes to build and deliver an AI literacy program at scale. Participants write and refine prompts on their own devices using the same framework taught in that program.
Putting Customers First: How can government agencies improve service delivery while preparing for the future? by Gartner, Inc
Gartner, Inc. with Colorado's DMV will showcase how government agencies improve service delivery while preparing for the future. We will share the story behind the DMV's initiative to modernize appointment scheduling and customer queuing services. Attendees will leave with practical approaches for advancing customer experience transformation in their own organizations.
