Women have come a long way since the 1920’s, the 1950’s, the 1980’s and on – although there is yet a significant way to go. Gail Coury will share her experience as she went into the workforce as a mother of young children and encountered multiple barriers. She will discuss those barriers, and how things gradually improved as she moved up the ladder. She will also give a candid assessment of where women are in the workforce, particularly in technology and cybersecurity.
*After her presentation, the audience will be polled on their experiences in the cyber workforce.
