Beginning with a gentle yin squeeze to release anything we may be holding, as we build the fire and move with the flow into a Hatha vinyasa. breath of fire
Introduction :Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and scince of healthy living. The word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'Yuj', meaning 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite'.
That way, yoga can support the healing process and help the person experience symptoms with more centeredness and less distress.

Swim through waves of soulful dance, and community connection. Enjoy & explore the musical worlds of Temple Bass Nectar, EDM, Dreamtempo, World Percussion and Electronic percussion. Close your eyes, open your heart and allow yourself to be led by the rhythm.
DJ Gödtís has being playing Ecstatic dances journeys in various sanctuaries for over 5 years. recently played at Crestone Energy Fair 33 rd. 2022. She has been humbled to facilitate and cultivating Ecstatic Dance events, In and around, Boulder Colorado, crafting safe spaces for community to connect consciously.
