Hey guys, I’m organizing a community cook out in “carne asada” Potluck style to help bring awareness to ICE deportations as well as celebrating Black History Month. Any and all help is both needed and welcome. Vendors are welcome to come support. Bring speakers, flags, banners, signs, and grills. Please repost, share, and spread the word in order to prepare for our community get together. Please be aware that though this is a protest, it will be a peaceful gathering to maintain Denton’s integral culture. Our home is composed of good and loving people, and this will be an event in order preserve our community. We need you now more than ever. Show up and come support! Together we can make a difference.
