OneDenmark welcomes members from Denmark and the surrounding areas to celebrate the soon-to-be Denmark Community Center and Library on Thursday, December 5! It was recently announced that the Denmark Community Center and Library project received a $4.025M Flexible Facilities Program grant through the Wisconsin Department of Administration. This grant was sponsored by Brown County in partnership with OneDenmark. OneDenmark was also the recipient of a $100,000 grant through Brown County earlier this summer. This event is an opportunity for us to celebrate the positive impact these grant awards will have on our new community space. It will also give community members time to tour the emptied structure, hear more about the renovation timeline, and think about the future together! Speakers include County Supervisor for District 13 Norb Dantinne, Brown County Library Executive Director Sarah Sugden, and members of OneDenmark. Doors to the event will open at 5:00, and presentations will begin at 6:00. Hors d'oeuvres will be available for all to enjoy! The Community Center and Library is at 150 N Wall Street in Denmark.
