Denim-Themed Walking Tour FUNdraiser in Golden Gate Park

Join us for an unforgettable denim-themed walking tour FUNdraiser in the heart of San Francisco's Golden Gate Park! We, a group of friends (Nate Parish, Emilio Williamson, and Harrison Watkins) are running the New York Marathon, raising funds for , a wonderful non-profit organization dedicated to finding permanent families for older kids in foster care. This in-person event promises a scenic walk through the park, fun groovy tunes, good community, and a playful take on a morning brunch "booze cruise."

To make your donation, please visit our . We kindly ask for a minimum donation of $26.20 (26.2 miles in a marathon...you get our drift!), but we would obviously appreciate donations much larger than that.

The Walking Route:

We'll send out our walking route closer to the date of the event, but please meet us at the starting location in Peacock Meadow in Golden Gate Park.

Event Highlights:

• Denim-Themed Fun: Dress in your best denim outfits and join the walking fun! Whether it's jeans, jackets, or even overalls, show off your style as we stroll through the scenic paths of Golden Gate Park.
• Walking "Booze" Cruise: Think of this as a walking booze cruise where we'll visit various spots in the park. Bring your own drinks / refreshments to enjoy along the way, but don't worry, we'll also have some light refreshments available.
• Everybody Is Invited: This is a family-friendly event! Kids and adults of all ages are welcome to join in the fun. Whether you're bringing your little ones or coming with friends, there's something for everyone.
• Music & Dancing: Groove to the beats of our curated playlist and dance your way through the park. We've got some great tunes lined up to keep the energy high and the spirits lifted.
• Fundraising for a Cause: All proceeds from the event will go towards You Gotta Believe. By participating, you're helping to support older kids in foster care in finding loving and permanent families.
• Final Destination - Beach Chalet Brewery & Restaurant: Our tour concludes at the iconic Beach Chalet Brewery & Restaurant. Enjoy some delicious food and drinks while soaking in the beautiful ocean views. It's the perfect way to end our fun-filled day.
