DenFit x Rumble: St. Patty's Day Party!

Are you ready to RUMBLE?! We are so excited to bring the DenFit gals to Rumble Boxing Central Park for a festive full-body, boxing inspired HIIT workout under the black lights, along with complimentary protein energy sips from !

First you'll don your boxing gloves, rainbow hand wraps and green hair & face glitter before heading into the studio. Get ready to sweat in this 45-minute workout split into 10, 3-minute rounds. You'll spend half of the workout pounding their specialty crafted aqua-filled boxing bags, and the other half powering through strength training and resistance circuits. ZERO Experience Necessary and no actual fighting involved ;)

As always, this is a fun chance to sweat, connect with other like-minded women and leave with new girl friends. Since it'll be St. Patrick's Day we recommend wearing green to be on theme or white activewear if you want to glow in the dark!
