SAMPLERMAN (BRITTANY)
The mighty Samplerman is descending on Gothenburg for a one-night show at Kinesiska Muren! The tu-tu-tuuuut and the bang-bong-bam of golden comic era recycling, chewing his way through classic vintage strips like a lawn mower and spitting it all out again in mindbending, hallucinogenic, surrealistic collage frescos. This gentleman from the windy French coast of Brittany has so many rabbit holes to show you. The exhibition will include several new graphics printed for the show by Longest Night and Samplerman’s recently published book Bedetruite out from Le Dernier Cri in 2025.
