DEN Innovation Showcase

We’re inviting DEN and City employees to participate in an afternoon of creativity, collaboration, and inspiration at the 2026 Innovation Showcase. This internal event celebrates how teams across the airport are improving the way work gets done, highlighting the people, projects, and Everyday Innovations driving continuous improvement at Denver International Airport.

Whether you want to attend, showcase a poster, or volunteer, this is your chance to connect with peers, gain fresh perspectives, and celebrate the accomplishments of colleagues across departments. The event is designed to support learning, collaboration, and a shared culture of innovation.

The Innovation Showcase is hosted by Culture and Strategy’s Continuous Improvement team.
