DEN Innovate at Altitude Summit & Expo (formerly "Innovation Showcase")
About this Event
DEN Innovate at Altitude (formerly known as the "Innovation Showcase") is a DEN innovation and continuous improvement summit and expo: a collaborative experience designed to inspire new thinking, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and elevate innovation across the airport. The summit will feature immersive case study sessions, interactive activites, and real-world examples of innovation in action across DEN.
Participants will explore how teams are solving operational challenges, improving the employee and passenger experience, and advancing Vision 100 priorities through continuous improvement. A gallery-style expo will allow participants to step into a celebration of innovation at DEN. The expo transforms the year's continuous improvement projects, operational wins, and creative problem-solving efforts into an interactive gallery walk experience where participants can explore ideas, connect with teams, and discover what's possible across the airport.
More than an event, Innovate at Altitude is intended to build energy, visibility, and a shared culture of innovation throughout DEN. The event brings together DEN employees, cross-functional teams, leaders, and external partners to share success stories, spark new ideas, and build momentum for the future of innovation and continuous improvement at the airport. The event concludes with an awards and recognition ceremony honoring the people and teams driving meaningful impact.
