DEN Great Hall Completion - Tenant Relocations Bid Package Outreach Event

You are invited to join Hensel Phelps for the DEN Great Hall Completion Phase E - MOD 3 Tenant Relocations bid package outreach event. This event will be a combined pre-bid meeting and *mandatory* job walk on Wednesday, December 20th.

MOD 3 Tenant Relocations Bid Package 01 Scope of Work

• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection – modification of existing mechanical, electrical, low voltage, ECS, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm to accommodate new layouts
• Demo – soft demo for flooring, ceilings, and walls of existing spaces
• Drywall/ACT – new walls and ACT ceilings of existing spaces
• Flooring, paint, ceilings – finish upgrades for existing spaces
• Millwork – one location of casework for a break room
• Doors, Frames, Hardware – new hollow metal doors w/ hardware
• Glass – storefront glass and sliding glass door

Expect to hear an overview of the project and learn more about subcontracting opportunities on the upcoming enabling construction of the MOD 3 space on Level 5 and Level 6 of the Jeppesen Terminal.

This event is open to the public and MWBE certified firms are strongly encouraged to attend.

Location: Denver International Airport - Press Room (#6150, Southwest side of Level 6)
PPE required: hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest, gloves, boots
