Demystifying Plumbing Part 3: Water Heaters

Are you interested in building the skills and confidence to tackle your home plumbing issues? Join us for part 3 of our 3 part plumbing series: Demystifying Plumbing! This series will take a deep dive into home plumbing beginning with Part 1: Hot & Cold Water Supply, moving on to Part 2: Drain Waste Vent Plumbing, and ending with Part 3: Water Heaters. Join for one, two, or all three workshops. Each workshop in the series will be posted as an individual event.

Learn the ins and outs of all types of residential water heaters including tank, tankless, gas and electric. Participants will get an inside look at dissected units and learn to hook up a tankless water heater. Participants will learn how all types of common residential water heaters work, the pros and cons of each, and gain a general understanding of installing or replacing water heaters by participating in setting up a tankless unit.

Skill Level: This class is for beginner, intermediate, and advanced skill levels.

Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 or older.

Important Workshop Details

• Attendees should arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
• Refunds are only allowed until 72 hours before the event.
• Bathrooms and refillable water stations are available on site.
• If a class does not reach a sustainable capacity, the instructor may cancel up to 48 hours before the event. In that case, all attendees will receive a full refund.
