Demystifying Menopause & Peri-Menopause

Discuss the surprising symptoms of perimenopause and menopause and learn how to maintain and even improve sexual health/pleasure during perimenopause and beyond.

Some topics we will cover include libido changes and what to do about it, "other courses" besides intercourse, how to ease symptoms of physical changes and work with your body.

Even if you think you are way done with menopause, you aren't! Menopause is the time of life that occurs after you haven't had a period for twelve months, and perimenopause is the time up to ten years before that when we can get symptoms like hot flashes, which everyone knows about, and forgetfulness and joint problems, which nobody seems to know are part of perimenopause.

Roughly the last 1/2 - 1/3 of our lives is in menopause. We need community around what that means, and how to keep thriving. This class is appropriate for anyone with a vulva who is experiencing symptoms of menopause or peri-menopause, regardless of sexual orientation.
