By organizing challenges, we urge them to scale with sustainable solutions and build the next generation.

During this demo day the top 14 companies from all over the world will present their solution.

Here are some sample solutions that fit the challenge for the 2023 cohort:

*Smart and Healthy Buildings* – digital twins, integrated monitoring platforms, indoor air quality, touchless security access, temperature controls, or ESG data aggregation and reporting platform.

*Community and Customer experience* – portals, concierge services, community management operations, tenant analytics, enhancing customer sales journey.

*Sustainability, Renewable, natural resources, building materials* – nanotech in materials for better energy conversion or utilization, energy storage solutions, digital twins, energy and water optimization, better construction materials, reutilization of waste.
