About this Dish: Pasta alla Carbonara is an iconic Roman dish made with guanciale (cured pork jowl), whole eggs and egg yolks, grated pecorino cheese, salt and pepper. This version swaps out the meat to highlight the best of spring produce: asparagus.

In this Demonstration-Style Class You Will:

· Learn about the traditions and culture of Rigatoni alla Carbonara di Asparagi
