About this Class: Join us at the table and watch our Scuola Chef prepares the star dishes right in front of you, step-by-step. Learn about the history, culture, and traditions of the dish while relaxing and enjoying a meal prepared with the star dish. At the end of class, take our recipe with you to recreate at home.  

About this Dish: A warm and hearty ragù made with pork sausage, broccoli rabe, and Grana Padano DOP, this recipe can be combined with your favorite pasta shape, even in large batches, for a delicious fall meal and easy entertaining. 

In this Class You Will: 

• Enjoy a glass of welcome prosecco with curated salumi & formaggi appetizer 

• Learn about presence of ragù in Italian culinary tradition 

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Ragù Salsiccia e Broccoli from scratch 

• Enjoy a dinner of Cavatelli con Ragù Salsiccia e Broccoli, with a curated wine pairing, followed by a made-in-house dessert 

• Take home the recipe card to recreate the main dish in your own kitchen

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest 

• Seating is first-come, first-served 

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes 

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available. 

• Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
