About this Class: Join us at the table and watch our Scuola Chef prepare the star dish right in front of you, step-by-step. Learn about the history, culture, and traditions of the dish while relaxing and enjoying Italian bites. At the end of class, take our recipe with you to recreate at home.
About this Dish: Perfect for a post-holiday refresh, pesce al cartoccio is an easy and light way to prepare fish that has plenty of flavor without the fuss. Fish is wrapped in parchment paper with aromatics then gently cooked from the trapped steam. We’ll pair it with a winter farro salad for a new favorite light and tasty meal.
In this Demonstration-Style Class You Will:
- Learn about the tradition of pesce al cartoccio
- Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make pesce al cartoccio and a winter farro salad
- Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing, as well as pesce al cartoccio with our winter farro salad and its own wine pairing
- Take home the recipe from the class
