Demo & Dine: Pesce al Cartoccio with Winter Farro Salad

About this Dish: Perfect for a post-holiday refresh, pesce al cartoccio is an easy and light way to prepare fish that has plenty of flavor without the fuss. Fish is wrapped in parchment paper with aromatics then gently cooked from the trapped steam. We’ll pair it with a winter farro salad for a new favorite light and tasty meal.  

In this Demonstration-Style Class You Will:  

• Learn about the tradition of pesce al cartoccio 

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make pesce al cartoccio and a winter farro salad 

• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing, as well as pesce al cartoccio  with our winter farro salad and its own wine pairing  

• Take home the recipe from the class  

Please Note:  

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest  

• Seating is first-come, first-served  

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes  

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.  

• Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
